Trip Essential Information

• A valid passport (6 months) is required to enter Nepal. You can easily obtain your visa at the airport in Kathmandu or you can apply the visa online https://nepaliport.immigration.gov.np/

• Nepal Money called Rupees in short Rs. start from 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 and you can exchange money here in Kathmandu specially in Thamel. Also you can exchange at the airport but exchange rate is lower.

• We give you a free duffel bag and Sleeping bags for the trekking. The duffel bag will be used to pack your trekking supplies.

• For every two participants, we assign one porter. The duffel bag, which should weight around 10 kg/22 lbs, will be carried by the porter throughout the walk.

• For your daily expenses for cold drinks, drinking water, shopping, battery charging, alcoholic drinks, You should carry $300 to 400 extra cash with you.

• You can store your luggage (non- trekking items) at the hotel in Kathmandu or at our office. We will keep it safely. Please kindly inform our team for valuable items.

• The flight to and from Lukla can be cancelled for 2 to 7 days due to bad weather. In case, it is better to have extra days. For extra nights expenses, the client has to pay by themselves.
